Method of Preparation

1.   Onion                                 -      4 Nos

2.   Tomato                               -      4 Nos

3.   Garlic                                   -      6 Splits

4.   Vanaspati/ Sun flower Oil        -      50gm

5.   Cashew nut &  Raisin              -      50gm each

6.   Chicken (Sliced into big pieces) -      1kg

7.   Kabsa Rice                             -      1kg

8.   Supernova Kabsa Masala          -      25gm

9.   Water                                  -      2Ltr

10.  Salt                                     -      As required

11.  Dried Lemon                         -      2 Nos

12.  Pepper (Whole)                    -      10gm

       Saute sliced Onion, Tomato and Garlic with Vanaspati and add Raisin (dry grapes), Cashewnut, cleaned Chicken pieces and Supernova Kabsa Masala. Stir well and add two litre water. Add Dried Lemon, Salt, Pepper and after boiling put wet and semi dried Kabsa rice to the pan, close the lid and cook in low flame. Serve hot after half an hour.
